About the position

As a receptionist/customer service representative at Blomsterlandet's office in Mölnlycke, you are the company's voice and face to the outside world and an important link between our customers, stores, and internal departments. We are looking for someone who loves to provide world-class service, is solution-oriented, flexible, and wants to help develop our working methods and customer experience.

The position is a temporary part-time (75%) employment for 6 months with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible, but no later than the end of March.

Location: Mölnlycke

Working hours: Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Work on weekends and public holidays as well as overtime may occur.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the reception, which includes welcoming visitors, taking care of public areas, conference rooms, tags, updating routines, etc.
  • Ordering office supplies, consumables, snacks, or other orders from the organization.
  • Conference hostess and also managing various types of bookings such as hotels, travel, conferences, or board meetings, etc.
  • Answering, handling, and providing excellent service in calls, chats, and inquiries across all our service channels, as well as supporting our stores.
  • Gaining good knowledge of our product range, products, and care advice.
  • Continuously developing and improving our service channels, department, and organization by suggesting improvements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a passion for plants and a genuine interest in customer interactions. You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to new situations. You are confident in conversations, both verbally and in writing, and you meet others with respect and a smile in your voice.

You have:

  • Good system skills – you feel comfortable using various computer systems.
  • The ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A confident and professional demeanor in all our channels and customer interactions.
